Ingredients(3portion)
350g or 12 oz. white fish meat
5g or 1 teaspoon salt
20g or 2/3 oz. corn starch
10g or 1/3 oz. sugar
20g or 2/3 oz. egg white
405g or 14 oz. Total
250g or 9 oz. Yield (grilled)
Directions
1. Small cut of white fish meat
2. Soaks in chilled water for 15 minutes
3. Squeezes the water of the fish, 250 or 9 oz. Yield
4. Into the food processor or blender
5. It turns until it becomes smooth
6. Add salt, corn starch, sugar, and mixing
7. Add egg white and mixing
8. Wraps around the bamboos skewers or wood skewers
9. Grilled
