Ingredients
1300 g or 46 oz. of Soya sauce SOY SAUCE LIQUID ("Soy")
1300 g or 46 oz. of "Kabosu" citrus fruit juice
108 g or 4 oz. of "Katuobushi" Smoked dried bonito flakes
30 g or 1 oz. of "Konnbu" Dried kelp.
2738 g or 97 oz. in total (2200-2300g or 78-81 oz. in yield)
Directions
1. "Kabosu" citrus fruit is squeezed.
2. All ingredients are mixed.
3. It's preserved for 2 days.
4. It's filtered.
5. Preserved at a refrigerator.
