Ingredients(7 portions)
Azuki beans peste
See ADZUKI BEANS PESTE("An")
500 g or 18 oz. Adzuki beans peste
Pancake
175 g or 6 oz. of wheat flour
190 g or 7 oz. of egg
120 g or 4 oz. of sugar
30 g or 1 oz. honey
15 g or 1 tbsp.. soy sauce
0.3 g or 1/4 tbsp. of backind powder
530.3 g or 19 oz. in total
Directions
1. Flour, backing pwder and sugar in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Make a will in center of flour mixture, add egg, soy sauce and honey mix until smooth.
3. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, drop teaspoons of buttero or salad oil into pan and cook for 2 minute each side or until golden.
4. To make filling, place Adzuki beans peste(80 g or 3 oz.).
5. To assemble, top half the pancakes with filling.
