Adzuki beans peste

500 g or 18 oz. Adzuki beans peste
Pancake
87g or 3 oz. of flour
27g or 1 oz. of rice flour
9g or 3/1 oz. of sugar
177g or 6 oz. of water
300 g or 11 oz. Total
Directions
1. Place flour, rice flour and sugar in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Add water and mix until smooth.
3. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, drop teaspoone of salad oil into the pan.
4. Cook for 2minutes each side with 2. or until light burning color.
