Ingredients(5 portions)
100 g or 3.5 oz. Perilla leaves (red)
350 g or 9 oz. Perilla leaves (green)
1000 g or 35 oz. Sugar
16 g or 1/2 oz. Citric ased
3300 or 105 oz. Water
4766 g or 168 oz. Total (4000 g or 141 oz. in yield)
Directions
1. Heat about 3300 g or 168 oz. water in a large sauce pan.
2. Add the Perilla leaves(red), Perilla leaves(green), Sugar, citric ased.
3. Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
4. Filters.
5. Puts in the bottle and Keeps in the refrigerator.
6. Puts ice and water or soda, pH 3.5.
