Ingredients (5 portions)
200 g or 10 oz. Water dropwort
2 g or gg oz. Smoked bonito flakes
50 g or 3 tbsp. liquid soy sauce
585g in total (585g in yield)
Directions
1. Boil the water dropwort in lightly salted water till they soften, the rinse and gently squeeze.
2. Cut water dropword into 3 cm or 1 1/4 in lengthe.
3. Place smoked bonito flakes on a small dish, Sprinkle water dropword with soy sauce.
