Ingredients(5 portions)
40g or 3 tbsp. of Salad oil
20g or 1 tbsp. of liquid soy sauce
30g or 2 tbsp. of vineger(aced 4.2%)
5g or 1 tsp. of fresh ginger
5g or 1 tsp. of fresh onion
100g or 3 1/2 oz. in total (100g or 3 1/2 in yield)
Directions
1. Use a grater for ginger and onion.
2. Mixes all raw materials.
