Ingredients (10 portions)
500 g or 1 Lbs. of fresh peeled konjak-mannan
10 g or 2 tbsp. of calcium hydroxide
1400 g or 7 cups of water
1910 g or 4 lbs. in total (1900 g or 4 lbs. in yield)
Directions
1. Peels skin of the fresh konjak-mannan.
2. Cutting in the about 3 centimeter thickness.
3. Boils 30 minutes with water.
4. Makes a puree by the blender.
5. Transfers to the saucepan.
6. Add water and mixing.
7. Dissolves calcium hydroxide by 150 g or 5 oz. water.
8. Mixing 6. and 7..
9. Puts in the box.
10. Cutting.
11. Boils 10 minutes with water.
12. Keeps in the refrigerator.
